My name is kasey leigh

and I've had the honor and privilege of coaching women to conquer emotional eating and lose weight naturally since 2019. I'm a certified nutrition coach, EFT practitioner, intuitive eating specialist, and host of the Ditch the Diets podcast.

I already know how to eat healthy. Can't I do this on my own?

 My first question is... Are you happy with your body and your relationship with food? If your answer is Yes... perhaps coaching is not for you.
